Two Micro Poems

I.
How lucky to live
in a place filled
with expressive trees.

II.
A tart candied blossom
elevating a melting sweetness,
such are my love's kisses.

  1. I read the phrase "expressive trees" as "expensive trees" -- not once, but twice, before I clued in. The universe must be telling me something. What, I'm not sure.

    1. ROTFL, that's a funny misread! I'm picturing the yuppy part of town with all the fancy landscaping. :D

    1. Thanks! I wasn't so sure about using the mon I designed, but now that I see how well it works, I think I'm ridiculous for not using it sooner.

  3. Hi Rommy, I see you are wanting more of life's niceties. Nice visual too.
BTW, I needed some of your moos muse music tonight. My mind was set on a riddle I heard earlier.

    1. LOL, I suppose riddles can get stuck in one's head just as easily as a song.

    1. Thanks! I designed the print myself. It's in the style of a Japanese crest. I'm rather pleased with how well it turned out.
