In the sonnet of the ceremony
this restless girl
finds her heart
floating in the moment
water touches tea.

    1. Even if I feel tired walking in, I always feel refreshed by the time I leave. Of course that might be because I just consumed a decent amount of caffeine. :D

  2. Sonnet seems apt given the precise, deliberate actions involved ... yes the poetry analogy works well here!

    1. Very precise and deliberate! I've learned it's better to be wrong with intention rather than muddy the movements. LOL, at least if I'm wrong with intention, it's clearer to see what I should do next time.

  3. One can almost see the bubbles in the water, the matcha swirling in the bowl with each whisk. Excellent mood poetry. :)

  9. I need to get back to tea. I brew and then get busy with the day, end up coming back to a cold cup every time, same with coffee but that gets thrown in a jar with ice.
